TEB becomes the fist bank using Turkcell’s “Where am I” service which informs you on your location by a short message.
Now, by using Turkcell’s “Where am I” service application, you can easily find the locations of the branches and ATMs of TEB which makes banking transactions practical through the product and services it launches on Mobile banking area. Customers who writeWHERE IS TEB and send a short message to 7777 are informed about the location of nearest TEB branch and ATMs by a short message delivered to their mobile phones.
This service can be provided to all mobile phones capable of receiving short messages. The current location of Turkcell subscriber can be identified based on received signals from the base station. Those who use “Where is TEB” which has been developed by using Turkcell’s “Where am I” application can get the nearest TEB branch and ATM information by a short message without the need to indicate their locations. The short message received contains information about the address and phone number of TEB Branch and its ATM and its approximate distance.
The service usage fee is TL 1,2 (including VAT and Special Communication Tax). The message content is sent even if the subscribers do not have Turkcell TL.

2- To which number should I send the short message?
You can get the nearest TEB Branch and ATM information by sending SMS to Turkcell 7777 or Turkcell 2222. Both of these short message numbers support the service application.
3- What should I exactly write to the short message?
You can write “WHERE IS TEB” or “WHERE AM I TEB” and send to Turkcell 777 via SMS. The application is not case sensitive (caps lock key can be either on or off).
4- What information is delivered to my mobile phone when I sent a short message?
The information about the nearest 3 TEB Branches/ATMs together with your current location, their approximate distances and addresses are delivered to your mobile phone by a short message.
5- What does it cost to use “Where is TEB” service application?
